How are you vetting your volunteers for safety, etc?
We’re doing our best to keep up-to-date with all CDC-approved safety guidelines for protecting against the transmission of COVID-19. Check out this link about our protocols to learn more about precautions we’re taking.
How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
We put out the call to our volunteers as soon as your order's placed, but orders can take 1-2 business days to coordinate and fulfill. Speed of delivery will vary depending on the number of volunteers in your specific area. If no volunteer can deliver your order after 48 hours, we’ll call you and let you know.
Can I place an order on behalf of someone else?
Definitely! To place an order on behalf of a friend or relative, fill out the request form and make sure the contact phone number is the number of the person best-equipped to coordinate delivery details with the volunteer.
Can I tip my delivery person?
It’s most appreciated by the volunteers to receive a thank-you. We’d rather like that you pay your kindness forward by donating to a relief organization of your choosing.
